1.参与制定标准操作规程，并按照SOP准确及时地检验材料的性能。确保检测过程的准确性。Assist to issue standard procedure. Comply with requirement of standard operation procedure SOP and testing material properties. Make sure the test process accurately.
2.按照设备期间核查计划和设备维护计划，对使用设备进行验证或日常检查，确保设备处于良好状态。According to equipment intermediate check plan and equipment maintenance plan, verify or daily check the equipment, keep equipment is normal running.
3. 数据的汇总整理. 检测过程中出现的问题，遇到可疑的问题及时准确的向上汇报，协调解决。Data collection.Timely and accurately dispose problems happened during testing, for suspicious problems report to the team leader to find coordination and solving.
4. 严格遵守公司和材料实验室的各项规章制度，协调工作安排，做好交接班工作。Strictly follow Company’s and Material lab’s regulations, Coordinating work arrangements, and do the shift change duty well.

6.材料实验室现场5S与目视化管理的实施Implement of 5S standardization task and visualization in material lab
1.化学或高分子材料相关专业或者相关工作经历；Major in chemical or Polymer material or related work experience;
2.了解ISO17025或IATF16949管理体系；Know ISO17025 or IATF16949 management system;
3.熟悉实验室检验流程，标准操作规程，设备控制计划，设备安全操作规程，现场5S及目视化管理技巧；Laboratory test process flow chart and SOP, equipment control plan, equipment safety operation procedure, 5S and visual management skills;
4.了解材料标准 Know about the material specification
5.了解材料控制计划 Know about the quality control plan
6.健康安全环境条例和法律法规的相关要求；Requirement of Health, Safety and Environmental rules and legislation;
