o Coordinates all activities for assigned customer RFQs/projects over lifetime
o Represents Purchasing for assigned customer RFQs/projects in project kick-off meetings, project review meetings, Business Plan review meetings, etc.
o Supports and represents Purchasing in regular Project Risk Assessment reviews for assigned customer RFQs/projects
o Analyses RFQ/project documentation, requests missing information and prepares working packages for Categorie Purchasing
o Prepares the Purchasing Concept for customer RFQ/project as input for Business Plan and in-line with project objectives and requirements
o Interacts with and challenges Category Management and Project stakeholders in order to develop the Purchasing Concept for customer RFQ/projects
o Regularly ｕpdates Purchasing Concept for customer RFQ/project as input for Business Plan and in-line with project objectives and requirements
o Ensures the implementation of purchasing strategies within assigned customer RFQs/projects
o Ensures the on-time-completion Purchasing dedicted working packages for assigned customer RFQs/projects
o Ensures the on-time closure of Purchasing dedicated project milestones for assigned customer RFQs/projects
o Participates in supplier award events for assigned projects
o Monitors and reports the effectiveness of the Purchasing Concept for assigned customer RFQs/projects
o Coordinates escalation events between Purchasing and project stakeholders within assigned customer RFQs /projects
o Coordinates Purchasing relevant change management activities within a assigned customer RFQ/project
o Coordinates Purchasing driven VA/VE measures within a assigned customer RFQ/project
o Supports implementation of objectives / targets for the Purchasing Project Coordination organization
o Supports on special tasks based on upper level decision
o Adheres to all applicable WSD processes, company guidance and legal requirements
