1、Responsible for project related supplier management activites.
2、Carry out risk and quality analyzes and coordinate or implementation of quality improvement programs with suppliers in coordination with purchasing, development, production plants and central departments.
3、 Responsible monitoring of the quality planning from the pre-series development via process approvals at the supplier to the initial sampling (APQP, PPAP)
4、Planning and realization of potential audits, run&rates, technical supplier visits.
5、1st contact person within the project for supplier management related topics for the supplier and the customer.
6、Moderation and driving of customer escalation topics related to Supplier Management (e.g. process-related, complaint-related).
7、Assessment and evaluation of the quality and reliability of the respective components and their manufacturing processes.
8、Tracking supplier-caused component problems during the APQP phases.
9、Support of the development department and implementation of strategies to improve supplier quality in coordination with the respective project purchasing Implementation of strategic measures to ensure the availability of robust purchased parts as well as efficient, sustainable and controlled manufacturing processes among the suppliers.
10、Negotiation of project-related additions to quality management terms/ agreements with suppliers in coordination with the purchasing department, the legal department and the plants.
