1. Control localization process, ensure regular & accurate update of the localization tools
– Consolidate cross-functional input into localization tools
– Day to day verification & validation of cross-functional data
2. SAP interface management
3. Foster cross-functional team work
4. Support Strategic Business Process planning, maintaining project management database, etc.
5. Support Dafeng operation setup activities and strategy initiatives
6. Assist Operational Excellence function in the day to day duties of a project administration with the guidance and direction of Executive General Manager
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans and logs, track responses and advise the AGCO-Dafeng project team members and functional heads on any project risks and changes
8. Coordinate submittals and procure all project related documents and participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents
9. Attend project coordination and other meetings as requested or required
10. Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision
11. Assist the AGCO-Dafeng Exec. GM in his business in terms of:
a. Tracking of business plans
b. Preparation of presentations
c. Organization of conferences
