主要工作职责:负责员工薪酬福利
Mainly responsible fC&B
1) Be fully responsible fpayroll services timely accurately. Including but not limited in salary calculation, attendance, allowance, individual income tax, etc.
及时准确地负责工资计算及发放,包含但不限于基本工资计算,考勤管理,奖金计算及个税申报等。
2) Responsible fbenefits services fall employees, including but not limited in social insurance, housing fund, etc.
负责员工社保公积金缴纳及管理。
3) Maintain verify payroll data in systems.
负责人力资源管理系统的维护及更新。
4) Generate document payroll related statements reports.
负责制作工资相关报告,员工日常证明材料及档案管理。
5) Provide support on individual specific questions regarding payroll routing work.
支持员工日常跟工资相关的需求。
6) Other works required by team internal external.
团队需要的其他工作。
1)Bacheldegree with majin HR, English, Finance. etc.
本科及以上学历,人力资源管理,英语及会计专业优先。
2)At least 2 years work experience in C&B function.
至少2年相关工作经验。
3)Good spoken written English.
良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
4)Be energetic, careful, proactive in personality, have good learning communication skill, have good teamwork spirit.
严谨,细心,工作积极主动,有良好的学习能力和沟通技巧,有良好的团队合作意识。
5)Familiar with local lablaw, tax policy, social security insurance regulation related operation procedure。
熟悉劳动法,税法,社保公积金相关规定和操作流程。
6)Good MS office skill, especially in Excel.
能熟练操作办公软件。
