2. Establish HSEQ management system and be compliant with company operation requirement, internal management standard and local authority requirement.
根据公司运行要求，CABB内部管理标准，法律法规规范要求，建立良好的HSEQ运行管理体系
3. Set up company’s HSE management policies/rules, quality and industrial management system in the plant. Support local operation units in achieving the HSEQ objectives with HSEQ annual plan
建立HSE管理政策、规则，质量和工业化管理体系，支持当地的生产工厂实现HSEQ的年度计划目标；
4. Plan and conduct HSE inspections in the plant, support plant to conduct safety, quality and hygiene system, carry out the audit according to internal management standard, and follow up the action plan
策划并督导HSE工厂检查，支持工厂各部门安全、质量、卫生体系的运行，并依据内部管理要求进行督察，并对实施行动予以跟踪；
5. Develop and delivery HSEQ training, provide consultancy and advices on HSEQ management ;
建立并提供HSEQ 培训，在HSEQ管理中提供咨询、建立服务；
6. Be in charge of accident/incident/near miss/occurrence management and external or internal customer’s complaint, rejection, nonconformity; accordingly organize root cause analysis for accidents/incidents in regions, raise the recommendation，follow up action plans,
负责生产事故、突发事件、未遂事故、偶发状况的管理，对来自外部客户和内部客户的投诉、退货、不合品进行处理；相应的组织分析问题根源，提出整改方案，跟踪实施行动计划；
7. Facilitate risk analysis and quality control tools and its implementation in the plant, regularly review its effectiveness
协助进行风险分析，推行质量控制工具，促进工厂内部实施，进行例行检查，对效果予以核查；
