1、学历水平:大学本科及以上学历。

2、专业要求:人力资源管理、企业管理、工商管理及相关专业。
2、Majrequirement: Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration related majors.
3、工作经验:5年以上招聘培训工作经验。
3、Work experience: over 5 years’ experiences in recruitment training.
4、技能要求:较强的计划、控制、组织、沟通、语言表达能力,一定的英文交流能力,一定的计算机办公及网络使用技能。
4、Skill requirement: strong planning, control, organization, communication, language expression abilities, good English communication ability, good computer office internet use skills.
5、知识要求:通晓人力资源管理、相关法律法规知识,了解相关行业领域专业知识。
5、Knowledge requirement: have a good knowledge of HR management, relevant laws regulations, know about professional knowledge of relevant industry field.
6、所需培训:招聘管理、培训开发、劳动法律法规等培训。
